All normal charges are for service hours - time spent tutoring. Typical rates range from $35 per hour to $50 per hour. The fees you pay for tutoring cover the following services:

(1) Two hours of undivided quality time from an experienced educator;
(2) Your tutor's commitment to spend time preparing your child's lessons, grading his work, and gathering teaching aids;
(3) With your permission, and as necessary, communication with your child's school;
(4) Telephone availability, between tutoring sessions, to help your child with any questions or problems at school (typically no charge, unless excessive);
(5) Travel time to and from your location (i.e., travel time is NOT billed time - it is included in the rate for the tutoring sessions).

ADMINISTRATIVE TIME:
Time taken for school visits by the tutor, or for extensive preparation such as that required for advanced courses, is charged time. You will be advised of the tutor's intent to bill such time.

QUESTIONS YOU SHOULD ASK:
(i) Are there milage fees and how are they calculated;
(ii) Cancellation and termination policy;
(iii) Expiration and reinstatement fee;
(iv) Preparation by the tutor and administrative time;
