Professional Tutors for All Ages is a group of highly qualified and experienced tutors. Most are trained, experienced teachers - all with college degrees, some with advanced degrees - from a wide array of disciplines. There are no college students on our staff. Beyond tutoring and teaching, the work experience of our tutors includes decades of employment in research or the private sector.

Profession Tutors for All Ages believes that superior education is attained during one-on-one discourse between the teacher and the student. This philosophy is incorporated into each of our tutoring sessions. By this, we mean that our tutors do not simply lecture to a student, nor do we simply watch while a student performs their study. Rather, we engage in active discussion during our sessions.

We believe that nothing is truly learned until it is reproduced in oral or written form and/or discussed with another individual. This is the basis for our beliefs as teachers at Professional Tutors For All Ages.

We differ from, and are more successful than other tutoring organizations because our adherence to this methodology. Our tutors are not simply more-of-the-same teaching style you find in the classroom. We understand that learning is not *easy* and sometimes cannot be made *fun* - it is a process that requires dedication and focus from both the student and the teacher. Professional Tutors are trained to work with the student without burdening them with unnecessary information.
